Dublin to Cork - July 3

Dublin to Cork was all about narrow roads, learning to drive on those roads and castles. Lots of castles, 5 in total.

This is a typical 2 lane road:


Rock of Dunamase:


The castle ruin was in a beautiful spot. It overlooked the country and we could see for miles.




Leaving the castle was this road back to the main highway.  About 10kms of this supposed 2 way traffic, a bit scary at times:


Kilkenny Castle. A beautiful, fully restored castle in the middle of Kilkenny.
