We love living in this community with the beach. The boys love the water and the sand and we try and spend as much time there as possible!

We spent the morning yesterday and my Mom and Dad's. The boys had planted a garden a few weeks ago and some of their items had sprouted. The radishes were small, but big enough for the boys to try.
We also spent some time at my Oma and Opa's. They have a nice yard with lots of flowers. The boys love exploring and checking out the garden.

Jakob graduated from Die Kleine Kinderschule preschool yesterday. The kids sang a few of the songs they learned over the year and then had their graduation ceremony.
This pictures is Jakob getting his diploma from his
wonderful teacher, Frau Doris!

Yesterday we had a big truck come and deliver some large rocks. The boys found the process very interesting. They sat on the steps and watched the crane (that was attached to the back of the truck) as it unloaded the rocks, one by one.

On Saturday we celebrated Father's Day at my Auntie Marlene's farm. She has a beautiful yard with lots of fun things for the kids (and us!) to do. The boys had such a great time running around and playing. Thanks Auntie Marlene!! I took quite a few pictures, so this will be a 3 part series again.
Auntie Marlene bought the kids little dolphins that squirt, Levi thought it was fun to squirt everyone!

We have a lot of landscaping to do this year and we've slowly been working on it. Jakob was putting rock into a bucket and carrying it to the back to dump under the deck.

Saturday for lunch we planned on a weiner roast, but it was really windy. In spite of the wind the boys managed to get a fire going. Jakob was so happy, he was looking forward to it all week!
Jakob was so happy that he was finally old enough this year to hold his own stick. He loved every minute of it!
After lunch the boys did some clean up with the quad and on the way home went through a mud puddle or two. Jakob thought it might be fun to wash the quad off.
When Levi woke up from his nap, he couldn't get enough of the quad. He was happy to sit on it and pretend to drive.
