Happy 3rd Birthday Levi

Happy Birthday Levi !!!!!!!!
Levi turned 3 today!! I can't believe that he is 3 already, he's growing up so fast. We had a great Birthday party with all of the family: Oma's and Opa's and Grandma and Grandpa and Uncle Jordan and Auntie Kristy.

Levi asked for a clown costume for his birthday and so I found some rainbow hair, a clown nose and my mom made him the cutest little clown pants. He was thrilled!!

I always ask the boys what kind of Birthday theme they would like and this year Levi wanted Curious George. I tried my best to make a Curious George cake... Levi liked it and was happy.

Levi, Jakob and Grandpa took turns with the clown hair and nose!

Easter Weekend

We had a great Easter long weekend! It's amazing how many events we can fit into one weekend. Here are just a few of the things we did:

Friday we went to church in the morning and then to Oma and Opa's for supper and a marshmallow roast in the evening.

Levi thought it was so funny that he was wearing my shoes.

Saturday morning we cleaned up the yard a bit, opened up the sandbox, took out all the toys and had a Easter egg hunt! Then off to Omi and Opapa's for supper and another Easter egg hunt.

Sunday morning I dressed the boys up in their Easter outfits and tried to take a few pictures. The boys always act so silly when they are together! After church we went to Auntie Trudy and Uncle Bernie's for Easter dinner. The boys had a great time playing with their cousins and of course another Easter egg hunt!

Jakob's First Adult Tooth

This past week I noticed that Jakob was talking a little funny and rubbing his bottom teeth a lot with his tongue. So, I checked to see what was going on and there was a huge tooth coming up behind his baby teeth. I phoned the dentist to find out what we should do and she recommended that we pull the two front teeth, to allow for the adult teeth to move in.

Here is one of the last pictures of my little boy before he looses those cute little baby teeth!

There is that huge tooth moving in!

Jakob was really excited to go to the dentist and get his teeth out. He said he can't wait to show all his friends at school tomorrow!

It didn't take long and those bottom two teeth came out, no problem. Jakob was really brave and other than the freezing, barely moved or made a sound.

There it is, no more baby teeth.
