Oma's 80th Birthday!

We spent the day today celebrating Oma's 80th Birthday! We went out for a fabulous lunch to the Moose Factory, then went back to Oma & Opa's house for cake! The boys had a great time playing with their cousins, eating cake and having fun with everyone.

Phoenix: Part 6

One morning when we were in Phoenix, Jordan, Kristy, Dad, Val, Amber & Michael went and climbed Camelback mountain. Here are a few pictures of them.

Jakob loved the pool and he tried all kinds of tricks. He even tried diving:

Phoenix: Part Three

Our hotel had a really beautiful pool, with a waterfall and lots of room to swim. We spent a couple hours everyday enjoying the warm weather and swimming in the pool.

Phoenix: Part Two

The first day we spent exploring the resort and seeing all the fun things we could do! The boys loved the pool and wanted to get in right away.

Right beside the pool was a splash park that shot water into the air, the boys tried to run through with out getting wet.

In the lobby was this huge fish tank, lots of cool fish and a few scary eels, Levi called them snakes!

Phoenix: Part One

Part One of our vacation - the plane ride! The boys were very excited to fly on the airplane. The picture below is waiting in the Edmonton airport before our flight.



We took Levi's car seat on the plane so he would sit nice and still, it was great, he sat and watched his little TV for most of the flight. He even got to meet the pilot as we got on the plane!

Jakob sat with Uncle Jordan & Auntie Kristy. Jakob's been on quite a few flights, so he's a seasoned pro!

We arrived in the Phoenix airport and picked up our luggage, Levi thought it might be fun to sit on the suitcases and hang out while we were waiting for it all to arrive.

The Boys

It's pretty rare that I can get the boys together on a picture, sitting still and looking at the camera. Some how my Mom and I managed to get these cute shots of the boys after their haircuts!

Levi's Hair Cut

Levi was starting to look a little shaggy, so I decided he needed a good haircut. It did end up a little short, but like Jakob said "it will grow". He looks so different! I like it, he still looks cute!

Jakob's Hair Cut

Jakob gets his hair cut every 6 weeks or so and he is pretty good at sitting still. He doesn't enjoy getting it cut, he would rather be running around, but he always looks so cute when he is finished!

Both Boys

Here are the boys together, they wanted to sing a song for Grandma. I'm not sure why the boys were being so silly during this video, or why they were bouncing so much!
