Chocolate Chip Cookie Brownie

This past weekend I made yet another recipe that I found on Pinterest. I have tried lots of recipes and a few crafts off of Pinterest and found most of them to be pretty good.

It is THE best brownie I have ever tasted! It was amazing. I ended up making another one 2 days later, only bigger, because the first one was so good.

This is the recipe I used:

Chocolate chip cookie dough
  • 2/3 cup butter
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
Drop the dough, medium sized balls, into a 9x13 pan:

For the Brownie Batter, I used 2 store bought brownie mixes. Follow the instructions on the box.
Pour into the pan, over the cookie dough balls:

Smooth the batter over the cookie dough so it covers all of it. Bake for 20 minutes at 350. It will be pretty gooey, but if you want it more like a cake than a brownie, bake it 10 minutes longer.

These Chocolate Chip Cookie brownie are so good that I had to share the recipe! Enjoy!
