My Opa

Alfred Linke 1926 - 2013
At the age of 86, my Opa Linke passed away this past Saturday December 7, 2013.
He was a wonderful Opa to me. He always had time for each of his grandchildren - he played with us when we were kids, taught us things, talked with us and we all enjoyed being with him. All through my life, I spent a lot of time at my grandparents house - holidays, family dinners, after church on Sundays, summers at the lake, etc. I have amazing memories that I will always remember.
Above all, my Opa loved Jesus. He was faithful until the end and now he is with Jesus for eternity.

Opa left behind 4 children (and their spouses), 9 grandchildren (and their spouses) and 10 great-grandchildren. He was married to the love of his life, my Oma, for the last 62 years:

My boys called him Opapa. They loved him so much and
it's obvious that he loved them too.
We all have so many great memories of him, here are a few:

We will miss you Opa. We all loved you so much.
