Artisan Design Team Wednesday Wow

Thanks for joining us for this weeks Stampin' Up! Artisan Design Team blog hop. You hopefully have just arrived from Wendy's blog, isn't her stuff so cute!

This week I created another project using the Secret Garden bundle. I am not usually a flower fan, but this set won me over! I liked having the framelits to perfectly cut out the flowers and leaves. The color combination on this card is one of my favorites lately - Pool Party, Daffodil Delight, Lucky Limeade and Melon Mambo. Even though it is not exactly Spring here, this card reminds me of Spring!

Thank you for hopping with us again! Now onto Cindy's blog, her work is always so beautiful!

Stamps: Secret Garden, Oh, Hello
Ink: Daffodil Delight, Lucky Limeade & Melon Mambo Classic Ink
Paper: Whisper White cardstock, In Color 2011-13 Designer Series paper
Tools & Accessories: Big Shot, Secret Garden Framelits, Chevron Embossing folder, Natural 7/16 Trim Ribbon, Brights Designer Buttons

DisneyWorld!! (Day 4 & 5)

Our last 2 days at Disney were great! The weather was gorgeous and we all had a wonderful time!

Day 4 - we went to Hollywood Studios. There were a lot of characters to meet and lots of fun rides for the boys. We only spent a couple of hours here because the boys were going to a hockey game in Tampa Bay that evening. We definitely could have spent more time at this park.

Zack meeting Handy Manny - one of his favorites!

The kids waiting in line to meet Woody & Buzz. In the line up there were different picture taking set ups, this was one of them:

Woody & Buzz!! Even Jakob and Levi were excited to meet these two!

One of the boys' favorite rides, Star Tours.

Waiting in line for the Buzz ride, Mr. Potato head entertained us while we waited:

On the Buzz ride:

One of the boys' favorite movies is Cars. All 3 were excited to see "The Cars."

Day 5: Back to Magic Kingdom. One last day at the "big" park! We wanted to take full advantage of being here so we came early and left late at night!

The parade down Main Street:

Waiting in line:

"It's a Small World" ride. One of the original Disney rides:

Meeting Goofy!

And Daisy!!

Of course we had to meet Minnie!

 Fireworks!

The castle looks so pretty at night. They change the colors every few minutes:

The very last thing we did before we left was meet Mickey:

Thanks Grandma & Grandpa for a great Disney trip!!! We all had a wonderful time!

One last hug for Mickey:

Good-bye DisneyWorld!

The morning we left our hotel, we all went for a quick swim in the gorgeous pool. We enjoyed the sunshine one last time before we went back to piles and piles of snow!

DisneyWorld!! (Day 3)

For our 3rd day at Disney we went to the Animal Kingdom. It was a gorgeous, hot day and we all had a great time!

Zack with Goofy & Pluto:

Michael, Dad, Jake, Levi, Zack & I on the Dinosaur roller coaster. It was a bit scary, but so fun!

Another Dino ride.

In the Animal Kingdom is a Safari park. It was cool to see all the different kinds of animals up close. Zack loved the giraffe.

The Rhino was Levi's favorite!

After leaving the Animal Kingdom we went back to the hotel to splash around in the pool for a bit.

My boys love to swim:

We also celebrated Levi's birthday by the pool. Levi's actual birthday isn't until April, but since we were all together we celebrated it early.

Happy Birthday Levi!

Artisan Design Team Wednesday Wow

Thanks for joining me today on the Artisan Design Team blog hop. If you are coming from Wendy's blog, thanks for continuing on!

The cards that I have made for today's hop both use the Secret Garden Bundle (stamp set & framelits) and the Make a Wish stamp set.
I also used the Print Poetry Designer Series paper for the background papers on this card.

I like that both cards use the same elements yet both have different styles to them.
This card also uses the Print Poetry Designer Series paper. I also added the Soda Pop Tops with the Vintage Faceted buttons inside them for a little dimension.

Thank you for stopping by today. Please continue on to Cindy's blog to see what she has created for us today!

DisneyWorld!!! (Day 1 & 2)

We're here!! We made it to Disney World!
We spent our first day at the Magic Kingdom. It was cold out and so we kinda froze all day long. The rides were super fun and the lines weren't very long, so we got to do lots of stuff. Even though it was cooler out, we had a really fun day!

Watching the Castle party show. Zack got to see Mickey, Minnie, Donald & Daisy for the first time. Jakob and Levi liked it, but were not into in as much as Zack.

Zack and I on the carousel.

We did wait in line a really long time to go into Beast's castle. It was a really amazing show once we were inside, so it was totally worth it! They picked people from the audience to play different parts in the Beauty and the Beast story. Michael got picked to be a guard. He got to meet Belle and take a picture with her!!

Watching Mickey's Philharmagic show.

Levi bought himself a Perry the Platypus hat. He wore it the whole time.

Our second day was spent at Epcot. It was much warmer then the day at Magic Kingdom, hooray!
We did A LOT of rides and watched a bunch of shows, strolled through all the countries pavilions and watched the fireworks too. It was a full day of fun!!

Phineus and Ferb, Levi's favorite.

There was a great Nemo show and ride.

Meeting Tigger & Pooh. I was a bit worried that Zack was going to be scared, but he wasn't at all. He wanted to meet all of the characters and was so excited.

Zack thought that all the characters were real. He loved seeing all of them. (Jakob and Levi didn't want to meet the characters. They wanted to meet Mickey and that was it, so that's why they aren't in any of these pictures.)

Scott & Sophie, Michael & Zack. There was a street performer so the Daddy's lifted them up so they could see.

Us at  Epcot.

Grandma & Grandpa with the boys.

Epcot was a long day! We got there early in the morning and stayed right until the 9pm fireworks and light show. It was great :)
