Pumpkins!

Jakob and I carved pumpkins yesterday. Last year I did all the pumpkins and Jakob helped. This year, I let Jakob do his own pumpkins, he was so happy. He did really good!

Visiting Baby Ethan

Yesterday we (Oma, Etta, Amy & Levi) went to visit my cousin Leanne, who just had a little baby boy. Ethan is so cute and sweet, he barely made a sound the whole time we were there!

Levi and Jaden played together and had a great time!

We all took turns holding Ethan.

Swimming Lessons

Jakob finished his second round of swimming lessons this past week. On the last day of their classes they get to play in the waves. They all put on life jackets to swim and splash in the waves for half the lesson. Jakob loved it! Jakob did really well and is swimming quite good. He passed his lessons and is already to move on to Level One (that's like Yellow, for all of us oldies) he just has to wait until he turns 6.

Motorbike!

Levi loves my Dad's motorbike and jumps at the chance to sit on it. Here he is pretending to drive.

Working Hard

The boys love to build things. My Dad was cleaning and fixing in his garage and gave the boys some hammers and nails, so they could work too. Jakob can hammer in a nail pretty good and he loves to come up with new inventions! Levi tries too!

Levi in Pajamas

With Jakob being in school and Levi and I at home, I find that Levi spend most of his day in pajamas. Levi stays at home with Michael while I drive Jakob to school, I get him dressed when we go to pick Jakob up, but then after lunch it's back into jammies for a nap. I was looking over some of my pictures and noticed that Levi was doing a pajama fashion show.

Here he is looking cute as ever in jammies!!

Nothing Too Excting.

Not a whole lot going on over here. I spent the weekend at the Women Alive Conference selling my cards, it went well. I had a great time connecting with new people and had fun chatting with the other vendors. Check out my design blog amybollmandesign.blogspot.com to see pictures. Meanwhile the boys stayed at home and played and enjoyed time alone with Michael.
I took a few pictures of them playing football yesterday.

Thanksgiving Weekend

We had a busy Thanksgiving weekend. Michael's cousin Stephen was visiting for the weekend and we had lots of things planned. My Opa gave us a cherry tree, so Michael and the boys dug the hole for it. Stephen even got in on the action!

On Monday we went to pick up the tree and the boys played and worked in the backyard with Opapa.

The "garden" that Jakob planted in the spring was ready to be harvested. The boys picked off all the beans and then pulled all the carrots.

Leaves

Last night we went to my Mom & Dads for supper. After supper the boys raked the leaves and jumped and played in them. I forgot my camera, so we used my moms.I put the camera on the night setting, so the pictures are a little fuzzy. It got dark really fast, so there are only a few pictures!

Levi Singing

Levi sings a lot and I've tried video taping him, but he usually stops, or runs away. So today I caught him in a song, but I did have to chase him. The first part of the video is sideways, I turned the camera that way and I can't flip it(sorry), it's also really shaky and I'm chasing him, so it's spinning in a circle, just warning you!! The last little bit of the video I turned the camera the right way and he is standing still. Enjoy!

Fall Photos, Part 5

This is the final part of the fall photos. The boys had a really great time exploring and checking out the bushes, trees and rocks. The last picture on this post was my very last picture on the camera before it told me "card full" 783 pictures in 3 hours. Wow.
